This book is an outcome of the Seminar entitled "Tribal world of Verrier Elwin" organized by the Anthropological Survey of India, at its Sub-Regional Centre, Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh, during 21" -23", December, 2017. The book is a compilation of the lectures that was given by various Research Scholars and local people, during the seminar.The volume "Glimpses into the World of Verrier Elwin" comprises of 21 selected papers. We have published the papers as it is, in Hindi/English version. These lectures were presented and discussed by the scholars of AnSI, various educational institutes and local people. These are people who have read about Elwin or had learnt about him from their parents, who had been fortunate to have seen and interacted with him.
