The study involved 104 employees split into two groups: an experimental group that practiced cyclic meditation and a control group. Using SPSS software to analyze the data with paired and unpaired sample t-tests, the results showed a statistically significant decrease in stress within the experimental group (p<0.01). When compared to the control group, the experimental group also showed a significant difference in stress levels (p<0.05). The study also noted an improvement in quality of life in the experimental group (p>0.01). The findings suggest that a three-month intervention of cyclic meditation is an effective healing tool for ministerial employees, helping to alleviate stress and enhance their overall well-being. Researchers recommend further investigation into meditation as a way to prevent and treat stress-related illnesses and to understand the underlying mechanisms behind its benefits ER -
